Our online payment gateways are operational round the clock. The customers who purchase our natural products through our official website can quickly pay through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and NEFT.

We also encourage cash or credit card payment on delivery methods. In case of cancellation, we will refund the money within a stipulated time and update the status once the amount is refunded. In rare Events , when the courier partner is not able to reach due to incorrect address , continuous doorlock or location not traceable , phone number incorrect or service not available , or not able to reach customer on phone , the courier partner returns the parcel back to us . We will try reconnecting with the customer and after payment of the shipping charges , the order will be reshipped
